History Summary

We went over many of the major technologies which when put together allow for modern computing to take place.

Advancements in math led to boolean algebra creating efficient algorithms for math. Advancments in Electricity led to the MOSFET allowing for super efficient control of electricity. Advancements in data alloww us to store almost unlimited amounts of information. Advancments in calculators taught us how to transform math into machines. Putting this all together we have what is the modern computer.

Remember the modern computer is composed of hundreds of inventions and inovations that came before it.

Now we have machines which can store near unlimited data, can calculate billions of mathematical operations a second, and can do so in an efficient and cost effective manner.
